After the discovery phase, you’ll receive a proposal outlining:

Once approved, full payment is required to book your project in our schedule.

4. Design & Creation

This is where the ideas begin to come to life.

Depending on the project, this stage may include:

• website design

• graphic design

• brand visuals

• photography or creative content

You’ll receive design previews along the way and have the opportunity to provide feedback.

5. Refinement

Your feedback is an important part of the process.

We refine and adjust the design based on your input to ensure the final result feels aligned with your brand and goals.

6. Launch or Delivery

Once everything is approved, your project is finalised and delivered.

For website projects, this includes preparing your site for launch and ensuring everything is functioning smoothly.

For design or photography projects, final files will be digitally delivered in the appropriate formats for your business.

7. Ongoing Support

Our relationship doesn’t end when the project does.

We’re always happy to support clients with future updates, additional design work, or new creative projects as their business evolves.
