Service Terms

These terms apply to all design, website, photography, and creative services provided by TK Collective Co.

Project Enquiries

Projects begin after an enquiry and consultation process to ensure we are the right fit for your needs.

Quotes and Payments

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. A deposit is required to secure your preferred project start date in our schedule. This holds your place while you complete our onboarding process and finalise the remaining payment. Full payment must be received before work begins. If an additional service is purchased during a project, payment must be made in full before the work is carried out.

Project start dates may be rescheduled if questionnaires, content, or final payment are not received in time.

Project Timelines

Project timelines depend on client communication, feedback, and content delivery. Delays in providing required materials, reviews and responses may impact the completion date.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing:

• accurate content

• images or product information

• timely feedback

• approvals during the design process

Revisions

Design projects include a set number of revisions as agreed in the project proposal. Additional revisions may incur additional fees.

Intellectual Property & Ownership

Final design files are transferred to the client after full payment has been received.

TK Collective Co. retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, marketing materials, and social media.

Cancellation

If a project is cancelled after work has begun, payment may be required for work completed up to that point.

Deposits are non-refundable.
